Items ordered on this site are custom made and therefore sales are final. (Sorry, no returns or exchanges).

Ordering Opportunities

Wave 1: orders are due Monday April 13th UNRL sublimated items take 6-7 weeks, anticipated completion for other items is by May 11th.

Sizing: For apparel, we have included size charts from the manufacturers to help you make your selections.

Delivery: You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up at Strauss Skates & Bicycles in Maplewood.

Back Orders: We do our best to monitor item availability from our manufacturers; however, In the event that an item is out of stock from the manufacturer, we may substitute something similar if available or contact you with options. We are not responsible for manufacturer back-orders.

Online Order and Credit Card Fee: There will be a 6.5% fee added to your total during the checkout process. This fee covers credit card fees and the ability to use this platform for parents to create individual customized orders, pay online with credit/debit cards, and have competitive pricing.

After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at StraussTeams@gmail.com so that we can verify accuracy and receipt of your order. In the email please include your full name as well as the organization you are ordering with.
